  • •Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development, and regular 1:1s.
  • •Own delivery against the quarterly plan and be accountable for reliability and performance of Metadata services (uptime/latency targets).
  • •Review technical designs and code, providing feedback grounded in deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture.
  • •Drive technical quality by addressing incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems within SLA and metric targets.
  • •Partner with product and stakeholders to plan and maintain a realistic, prioritized backlog with a high completion rate.
