Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise inbound receiving, inventory storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
  • •Monitor operational performance against KPIs and customer SLAs; coordinate cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation.
  • •Track real-time productivity using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and conduct floor inspections to resolve bottlenecks.
  • •Enforce quality controls including barcode scanning and zero-bypass scanning; investigate discrepancies and mis-picks and implement corrective actions.
  • •Lead and supervise warehouse associates; manage attendance and performance, run briefings/trainings, and ensure full Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance with PPE and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • •Minimum 2 years in Q-commerce / E-commerce, Grocery / Food Retail, or FMCG.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis/reporting.
  • •Ability to communicate in elementary English (spoken and written).
  • •Interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills.
