Key Responsibilities

  • •Support construction activities on a major EPCM project with a focus on safe, reliable operations and client satisfaction.
  • •Review overall QA/QC system setup, including QC plan and ITPs, ensuring they are in place and agreed.
  • •Review WPS, PQR, welding performance reports, and witness welder tests.
  • •Monitor welder continuity log compliance and review fabrication shop and field welding quality.
  • •Review NDE and PWHT activities/records and interpret welding queries for compliance with ASME and AWS codes/specifications; recommend corrective actions for deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or diploma degree in a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in field welding QC and coatings systems.
  • •CSWIP or AWS Certified Welding Inspector; NDE certifications preferred.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ASME and AWS Codes/Specifications.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good coordination with other disciplines.
