Key Responsibilities

•Analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and market insights to identify growth opportunities for the stylers category.
•Own the commercial activities within the NPD milestone process, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to refine product vision and launch plans.
•Create compelling business cases and align with regional leads to secure cross-functional buy-in and operational support.
•Lead proposition testing, tone of voice, brand positioning, and develop messaging hierarchies and claims.
•Define the How-We-Sell strategy from initial messaging through the marketing funnel, range positioning, and naming.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
•Product/brand management experience, preferably in beauty or personal care
•Commercial acumen with strong market analysis and ability to develop business cases
•Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and claims
•Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to drive NPD milestones and launches
