Job Summary

Lead outpatient and surgical nursing services, ensuring safe, efficient, patient-centered care across clinics, operating theatres, day surgery, and PACU. Drive clinical quality and patient safety using KPIs, evidence-based practices, and regulatory/accreditation compliance. Manage and develop nursing teams through workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and education. Partner with multidisciplinary stakeholders and support digital transformation initiatives, including electronic medical records and Cerner adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across Outpatient Clinics, Operating Theatres, Day Surgery Unit, and PACU.
•Lead and develop nursing teams through workforce planning, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
•Drive clinical quality and patient safety by monitoring KPIs, implementing evidence-based practices, and ensuring regulatory/accreditation compliance.
•Champion continuous improvement and education initiatives to build competency and clinical excellence.
•Partner with multidisciplinary stakeholders to optimize patient flow, service efficiency, and patient experience, and oversee high-volume clinical operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's Degree preferred).
•Current Registered Nurse license in the UAE.
•Minimum 7-10 years of progressive nursing experience with leadership responsibility.
•Demonstrated experience managing outpatient services, operating rooms, day surgery, and PACU environments.
•Hands-on experience supporting or leading JCI accreditation activities and regulatory compliance.
