Job Summary

Support employee performance management and professional development by coordinating performance appraisals, probationary reviews, and learning initiatives. Analyze training needs, evaluate training programs and providers, and develop Individual Development Plans. Drive employee engagement through the biennial survey, prepare stakeholder communications and management reports, and assist with Emiratization development plan coordination and approvals—ensuring HR policy compliance and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze training needs for university employees and evaluate training programs and providers to ensure quality and KU requirements are met.
•Prepare Individual Development Plans and conduct Learning & Development awareness sessions for employees.
•Administer performance appraisals and ensure probationary reviews are completed on time according to policy and procedure.
•Maintain records and analyze reports related to performance management processes and documents, and assist employees with performance-related matters.
•Coordinate the biennial employee engagement survey and prepare communications, reports, and Emiratization-related development plan proposals for management follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Expats).
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (UAE Nationals).
•Relevant Learning and Development certification is an asset.
