Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across teams to support configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday Talent and Performance modules, ensuring data integrity.
  • •Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT to build and document workflows and procedures for HR systems.
  • •Intake, scope, and carry out HRIS technology enhancements and changes; create and maintain documented business requirements.
  • •Perform thorough testing and analysis for new Workday features and functionality, including regression testing, unit testing, and User Acceptance testing.
  • •Evaluate reporting/dashboard needs against business requirements, recommend process and data quality improvements, and assist with end-to-end technology process implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • •5-7 years of experience as a Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting.
  • •Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.
  • •Strong communication and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment; experienced with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects.
