Facilitate LC&C outcomes across the Bushmaster portfolio, manage major subcontracts, and partner with Procurement and Finance to improve governance, compliance, and value-for-money outcomes within the Protected Vehicles business.

•Lead contract management for Bushmaster projects to ensure successful completion and delivery.
•Lead facilitation of Legal, Contracts, and Compliance (LC&C) outcomes for the Bushmaster portfolio, ensuring robust compliance with the Thales Contract Management Operating Model and related policy/governance.
•Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers for new opportunities and contract renewals/entries.
•Lead commercial discussions on IP use and rights across projects, contracts, and programs of work.
•Support Procurement with subcontracting and supply chain management, manage major subcontracts, and partner with Finance to improve financial and Value for Money outcomes.

•Relevant degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Law, or similar.
•8+ years’ experience in Commercial/Contracts Management (or equivalent from fields like quantity surveying, procurement, or legal practice) with sell-side commercial/contracts experience.
•Sound understanding of intellectual property (IP) and its application in a complex manufacturing / system-of-systems environment.
•Experience with Government Contracting (e.g., ASDEFCON) is highly preferred.
•Professional Commercial / Contract Management qualifications are desirable, along with strong bid and project commercial delivery capability.
