Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety & awareness by leading/joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols.
  • •Maintain a strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment.
  • •Collaborate with store leaders to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
  • •De-escalate incidents professionally, and complete audits and prepare asset protection reports; represent Sephora in court if required.

Salary: USD 25 - 29.5 hourly
