Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and provide guidance to civil teams and subcontractors to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and minor modifications across station/depot structures and related infrastructure.
  • •Plan and allocate resources for all day-to-day maintenance activities.
  • •Carry out maintenance activities in the field for safety-critical building and structure issues, following maintenance procedures and work instructions.
  • •Provide 24-hour on-call responsibility for incidents and emergencies within the section, including shift/emergency duties when required.
  • •Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary and grievance processes for civil team leaders, and support civil maintenance planning for ongoing works.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience in maintenance of buildings and structures, including implementation and review of building maintenance activities.
  • •3+ years of supervisory/management experience supervising a team of building and structure inspectors, or 2+ years as a Building & Structure Maintenance Team Leader.
  • •Experience supervising outsourced building structure maintenance subcontractors.
  • •Higher diploma in civil engineering discipline (or equivalent).
  • •Valid UAE driving license with good driving skill and experience.
