Job Summary

Venture Manager is responsible for launching and scaling strategic ventures from concept to revenue, bridging consulting insight with execution. •Launch and build ventures by transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams aligned with growth goals.
•Execute CEO missions by driving high-priority initiatives with rapid testing and data-based decisions to move from strategy to execution.
•Own strategic partnerships by serving as the primary contact for major advertisers and ensuring successful project delivery.
•Scale operational frameworks by developing whitepapers and scalable methodologies in collaboration with R&D leads to improve internal processes.
•Lead cross-functional sprints and coordinate workshops across departments to ensure timely delivery of initiatives meeting high quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 75,000 - 100,000 annually

•Strong data fluency and ability to analyze market trends and datasets to drive strategic decisions

•Expertise in innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup, especially in AdTech or mobile gaming contexts (bonus)
•Willingness to take ownership, move quickly, and operate across multiple business units to achieve growth goals
