Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead delivery of Wonderful’s platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
  • •Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
  • •Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches.
  • •Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
  • •Track progress, manage risks, remove blockers, monitor production performance, and drive follow-up improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
  • •Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • •Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
  • •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
