Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI transformation of design systems and workflows, exploring how AI agents and tools integrate with design.
  • •Build and iterate internal AI design tools using Vibe Coding (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate team adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in HCI, AI, Computer Science, Design, or a related technical discipline.

  • •Data- and business-savvy with strong design taste, able to curate and refine AI-generated content into high-quality results.
  • •Self-motivated, hands-on, and learning-oriented, with habits of reflection and summarization.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills; passionate about design engineering and technology innovation.
