Key Responsibilities

  • •Own brokerage product strategy and delivery across Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, and Sharia-compliant solutions.
  • •Analyze ROI, regulatory requirements, competition, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs to drive product strategy and roadmap.
  • •Write product requirements and partner with engineers to execute programs that meet local regulatory and market standards.
  • •Improve brokerage operations efficiency by owning metrics across settlement, custody, and clearing workflows.
  • •Lead customer calls and coordinate with regulators and partners to translate feedback into product improvements and ensure regulatory alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, and/or startup work, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or an equivalent field.
  • •Interest and experience in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech within the Saudi or GCC region.
  • •Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets landscape.
  • •Strong communication in both Arabic and English, with strong collaboration and business acumen.
