Key Responsibilities

•Preside over French CSE meetings as the primary company and management representative.
•Define, draft, and set the agenda for CSE sessions in line with French labor law timelines.
•Create, review, and manage official CSE documentation, legal notices, and mandatory reports.
•Advise on cross-jurisdictional employment compliance and standardize employment contract templates and separation agreements.
•Provide pragmatic counsel on employee grievances, investigations, and regional litigation, and support AI/digital HR legal implementation.
