Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead paralegal supporting employment, IP, and general litigation dockets.
  • •Own core case support workflows: matter intake, trackers, calendaring, document management, deadline tracking, and matter closeout.
  • •Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery, document collection/production, invoices, and day-to-day matter administration.
  • •Own and manage legal hold and preservation, including drafting, issuing, tracking legal holds, and managing preservation activities in systems.
  • •Lead and assist with e-discovery, including data collections/ingestions, review workflow coordination, and evaluating AI-enabled e-discovery tools and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation teams, preferably in-house and in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong litigation operations skills, including intake and tracking, calendaring, document management, outside counsel coordination, preservation, and e-discovery.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with e-discovery tools and systems, with a strong preference for Google Suite, Slack, and DISCO.
  • •Excellent judgment and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities across an active docket.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across Legal, Security, IT, and other business teams.
