Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of strategic events across EMEA, including executive programmes, conferences, workshops, and Snowflake owned events.
  • •Assist with event logistics such as venue research, supplier coordination, delegate management, registration tracking, catering, signage, materials, shipping, and on-site support.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to event project plans, timelines, trackers, briefing documents, and status updates.
  • •Support attendee experience from invitation through post-event follow-up, ensuring touchpoints are polished and on-brand.
  • •Maintain event data and reporting, conduct venue/competitor/industry research, and support event content and communications.

  • •Be a current student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate with an interest in events, marketing, communications, business, technology, or hospitality.
