Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical engagement with a strategic Mega Datacenter customer and serve as senior technical authority for the account.
  • •Collaborate with sales to drive portfolio expansion, moving platforms from evaluation to committed volume deployment.
  • •Lead and develop the FAE team supporting the customer; coordinate forward-looking strategic technical initiatives and investigations.
  • •Provide onsite and remote engineering support throughout development, including tools, documentation, testing, and debugging.
  • •Own performance optimization, competitive analysis, advocate for new features/technology, and drive customer feedback into AMD teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 213,430 - 365,880 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with expertise spanning hardware, system architecture, and application software.
  • •Proven experience in CPU and server system architecture, server benchmarks, GPU computing, and server platform enablement.
  • •Ability to lead complex problems across multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • •Experience with Linux OS at a debug level and server software ecosystem knowledge.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred).
