Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, complete, compliant training records and ensure audit readiness using Good Documentation Practices.
  • •Conduct post-training evaluations to verify associate competency, standard work adherence, and training effectiveness; document and communicate results.
  • •Author, review, and maintain Standard Work Instructions aligned with operational execution and documentation standards.
  • •Support engineering needs through labor measurement using MOST-based time studies and assist with UAT for systems/tools/process changes.
  • •Support continuous improvement by assisting with process observation, data collection, analysis, root cause support, and validation of improvement actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.13 - 27.16

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •MOST certification required within one year of starting.
  • •Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
  • •Experience maintaining training records and documentation in a regulated or audit-driven environment.
  • •Ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in English; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
