Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own and deliver end-to-end analytics projects, including requirements gathering, data sourcing, modeling, visualization, and stakeholder presentations.
  • •Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and automated reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for Capital Markets stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • •Identify material gaps in source data and develop scalable solutions focused on long-term automation over manual workarounds.
  • •Mentor junior analysts by providing technical guidance, code review, and structured feedback, while maintaining reporting portfolio timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related function, preferably in financial services, investment management, or capital markets (3+ years for exceptional candidates).
  • •Ability to independently lead projects from scoping through delivery with minimal direction.
  • •Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and translating complex data into executive-ready reporting.
  • •Fluency in SQL, including stored procedures, CTEs, temp tables, and query optimization across relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake).
  • •Advanced Power BI skills, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), data pipeline design, and performance tuning.
