  • •Oversee plating and fulfillment processes and scheduling to ensure on-time shipping and quality standards.
  • •Create weekly production documents for staging and production and ensure issues are communicated and tracked.
  • •Drive customer experience through production plan attainment, low plating adherence errors, accurate fulfillment picks, and ship-out times.
  • •Monitor plating/fulfillment plans, start-times, dismissal times, and daily activities.
  • •Maintain Good Manufacturing Procedures and housekeeping, conduct daily 5S/readiness checks, and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.
