Assistant Branch Manager

Help the Branch Manager run the branch by supervising daily operations, supporting customer service, and promoting security and profitability. Coach and lead a team of personal bankers, monitor sales results and business development responsibilities, and help analyze performance to drive branch goals. Ensure compliance with bank operations, security, and talent management policies, support training and scheduling, manage budgets, and handle key people-management responsibilities including hiring and evaluations.
