Key Requirements

  • •BS in Construction Management/Engineering plus 10 years of relevant construction management experience.
  • •2 years of leadership experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience in retrofitting existing buildings, including structural modifications and MEFP upgrades.
  • •Experience managing design-build contractors.
  • •Ability to compose and buy out scopes of work.
