•Take ownership of backend systems end-to-end from scoping and architecture to reliable delivery.
•Design and build robust, scalable APIs and distributed systems powering our products.
•Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Design to translate ideas into well-architected backend solutions.
•Push boundaries with modern backend technologies to drive architecture and developer experience.
•Contribute to evolving backend architecture, infrastructure, and developer tooling to support rapid iteration at scale.

Salary: EUR 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of backend engineering experience in fast-paced environments
•Expertise in Python and FastAPI with a track record of building and scaling production systems
•Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC) for user-facing products
•Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) including schema design and data modeling
•Familiarity with cloud-native architectures on GCP and DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC)
