Support daily operations of B2B digital platforms used by wholesale sales teams and customers across the U.S. and Canada. •Support daily operations of Levi’s B2B digital platforms for sales teams and customers across the U.S. and Canada.
•Coordinate seasonal launches by managing product data, content, and site readiness aligned to go-to-market timelines.
•Partner with Sales to translate business needs into requirements for Product and IT teams, serving as a liaison between Sales and Product.
•Monitor platform performance and user experience, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
•Manage user access, permissions, and platform configuration; support onboarding, training, and ongoing communication to drive adoption.

•2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital operations, retail, or wholesale environments.

•Experience identifying, triaging, and helping resolve platform or process issues in partnership with technical teams.
•Proficiency with Excel for data-driven workflows, with familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
