Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the inspection center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management for direct reports, including coaching and succession planning.
  • •Support strategic plan development and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines while leading continuous improvement and problem solving.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with a performance-focused approach.
  • •Ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Must read, write, speak, and understand English, and have a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
