Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day operations for HelloFresh Market — covering ingredient availability and stock tracking, pricing updates, margin calculations, and competitor benchmarking.
•Analyze customer feedback to surface actionable insights and translate them into improvements to recipes and ingredients.
•Review planned menus to drive variety, innovation, and customer appeal, and create pairings for addon modularity.
•Test new ingredients and support re-cook sessions to ensure consistent quality across the range.
•Support both teams with ad-hoc analyses, tastings, and operational requests as they arise.

Key Requirements

•You are currently enrolled in an HBO/WO program, ideally with a background in business, food technology, or a related field.
•A genuine enthusiasm for food, combined with comfort analyzing with data and drawing conclusions from it.
•Strong organizational skills — you juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and/or Google Sheets; you’re confident working with spreadsheets and aren’t fazed by numbers.
•A proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn.
