Manager - Road and Highway Design

Manage the review, evaluation, and approval of dry utility designs across AD Ports’ master-planned developments. Oversee electrical networks, substations, telecom systems, district cooling, and gas infrastructure to ensure alignment with AD Ports standards and authority requirements. Evaluate load calculations and capacity, coordinate with external consultants and authorities, issue developer/owner NOCs, and maintain approval and infrastructure records while supporting efficient, conflict-free infrastructure integration.
