Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Assist in all store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • •Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
  • •Demonstrate a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
