Lead content strategy for the Growth team, owning how the company tells its story across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement. •Own content strategy end-to-end and tie it to pipeline and brand goals.
•Set and manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, and other channels.
•Write, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with brand voice and business goals.
•Build and execute SEO/GEO-driven content programs to drive discoverability and inbound demand.
•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and founders to turn customer wins into case studies and craft narratives for enterprise buyers.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in content, editorial, or content marketing with real ownership of strategy (not just execution).
•Built a content function or voice from the ground up, ideally at an early-stage startup or with enterprise customers.
•Strong written communication to craft high-impact copy in a founder’s, customer’s, or company’s voice.
•Comfort tracking content performance and using analytics tools such as GA, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
•Good taste and basic design skills, with experience leveraging AI tools for copy and design.
