Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project vision documents with Development teams to define customer experience and overall design direction.
  • •Create and refine project briefs delivering customer-centric, functional architectural solutions aligned with business objectives and MAF standards.
  • •Lead consultant selection, evaluation, and management to ensure high-quality design delivery and coordination with budgets and timelines.
  • •Direct the architectural team to produce innovative concepts, layouts, masterplans, and first-to-market design solutions.
  • •Safeguard design intent through design reviews, promote innovation and sustainability, and mentor design teams to build a high-quality design culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred), with strong Egypt market experience and client-side development background; UAE/KSA exposure is a plus.
  • •15-20 years of creative design management experience in residential and mixed-use developments, with deep knowledge of industry best practices.
  • •Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders on large, complex development projects.
  • •Strong expertise in design management, construction processes, procurement, tendering, and design standards.
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
