Job Summary

Deliver end-to-end corporate actions processing within the Securities Service Operations (SSO) team, ensuring accurate and timely execution across domestic, regional, and international markets. Monitor mandatory and voluntary events for products such as equities, mutual funds, fixed income, hedge funds, structured funds, and ETFs. Reconcile positions and entitlements, handle client and stakeholder queries, validate SWIFT instructions, and support cash/FX settlement, tax reclaims, and proxy services while adhering to compliance and audit controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end corporate actions processing in line with regulatory and compliance requirements, with a focus on accurate and timely execution.
•Monitor and process daily corporate actions for domestic, regional, and international markets, including mandatory and voluntary events across multiple product types.
•Handle complex corporate action events: receive announcements, scrub/compare data, notify clients, reconcile positions with sub-custodians/markets, and manage accruals and entitlements.
•Support client and stakeholder queries by providing corporate actions information aligned to market rules and best practices; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
•Validate SWIFT instructions and perform second-level reconciliation; support asset services including tax reclaims, proxy services, income management, cash/FX settlement, and escalation of mismatches/issues to AVP.

Key Requirements

•5+ years related experience in security services and/or back-office operations, including managing corporate actions and securities settlements.
•Solid understanding of security services operations and accounting activity related to security services.
•Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years related work experience).
•Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks without compromising controls and risk parameters.
•Experience in securities-related functions such as client services, corporate actions, settlement, data maintenance & billing, or custody account opening is an added advantage.
