Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management for multiple commercial and industrial projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Apply real estate documentation to support project execution, including agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define requirements, develop scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates/budgets, cash flow, and schedules/milestones.
  • •Identify and manage delivery resources (including RFPs, bid analysis, and bid recommendations) and provide project guidance to project teams/resources.
  • •Implement governance and control routines: communication planning, project documentation governance, progress tracking/variance reporting, and change management (assessment, recommendations, approvals, and change orders).

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Prior experience working with high-end commercial interior projects, industrial projects, and/or ground-up projects is strongly desired.
  • •Prior experience working with demanding clients is helpful.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, and related tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.
