Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the deployment journey from first process file to a working production workflow, driving measurable improvements at 90 days and viable deployments with customers by 12 months.
  • •Drive organizational adoption by working with technical and business stakeholders to build understanding and trust for lasting customer capability.
  • •Configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments; debug integration failures and build custom agents and connector logic for legacy enterprise systems.
  • •Build and document a deployment playbook since no template exists yet, making future implementations faster.
  • •Feed product improvements by contributing custom agents, codifying integration patterns, fixing production bugs, and handing off trained customer teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Enterprise production experience shipping something inside a large organization and seeing it operate, with knowledge of governance and resilience at scale.
