Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the master customer database, keeping customer details accurate, complete, and compliant with governance standards.
  • •Support account reconciliations by investigating credit memos, journal entries, and payment records.
  • •Generate reports supporting AR aging, account reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end close processes.
  • •Conduct daily follow-up on previously unresolved requests via email, Slack, and/or ZenDesk.
  • •Perform month-end and quarter-end activities, including support for SOX reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of billing or Finance experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
