Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of strategic commercial initiatives, including planning, delivery tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
•Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaigns and priorities are executed.
•Optimize the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP) using data and analysis across selection, affordability, and customer experience.
•Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform strategic planning and stay ahead.
•Own reporting for growth and CVP metrics to support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in project management or commercial strategy roles.
•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes (Looker experience is a plus).
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate complex efforts.
•Preferred: understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling.
