Job Summary

Own and evolve Dyson’s electronic design automation (EDA) and related PLM capabilities within the RDD IT landscape. Partner with engineering stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear EDA/PLM roadmaps, oversee delivery quality, and drive continuous improvement across product and application lifecycles. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to shape future platform direction and support adoption of new technologies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, own, and evolve technical products within the RDD IT landscape for electronics development and design.
•Create and maintain an IT product development roadmap for PLM (Teamcenter) capabilities aligned to engineering needs and business priorities.
•Oversee quality of technical delivery and ensure solutions comply with defined standards, policies, and architectural direction.
•Take joint accountability for the robustness and maturity of PLM platforms and drive continuous improvement across product lifecycles and service delivery.
•Work with external strategic partners/vendors and support platform capability and vendor strategy development.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing technical products within engineering or R&D environments.
•Strong experience with PLM platforms, particularly Siemens Teamcenter.
•Experience managing change and enhancement within large-scale engineering systems.
•Experience working across delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
•Experience contributing to technical strategy and product direction.
