Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the implementation and ongoing operation of global/local Quality IT applications (Veeva QualityOne, LabWare LIMS, Empower CDS, Chromeleon CDS).
  • •Write and review validation documents (Validation Plans, Validation reports, GxP documents).
  • •Collaborate with business users to gather system requirements and address technical issues with IT/development vendors.
  • •Work with delivery partners to ensure designs align with standardized templates and meet requirements.
  • •Support testing phases to ensure system meets requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a Business Analyst role driving requirements and/or design workshops.
  • •Knowledge of GAMP 5 CSV framework and/or CSA ways of working.
  • •Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile delivery environments.
  • •Experience of supporting complex change and/or multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Excellent communication skills
