•Lead the technical direction and architecture for real-time streaming and analytics.
•Own the design for moving financial and behavioural data at scale across the full data lifecycle.
•Partner with data engineering and product teams (e.g., Auto Bank Reconciliation) to apply expertise across data products.
•Mentor engineers, review designs, align teams on shared patterns, and turn hard problems into reusable solutions.
•Improve operational performance and reliability via monitoring, service level objectives, and advancing DataOps tools.

•Deep expertise designing and operating large-scale data platforms across ingestion, modelling, warehousing, and applications.
•Strong understanding defining enterprise architecture, standards, and integration patterns for batch streaming, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

•Fluency across the modern data stack, including Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, and cloud infrastructure.
•Hands-on engineering capability to build, review, debug, and set the standard through execution.
