Join the Global Payment team’s Payment Network group to build secure, efficient overseas payment capabilities. You’ll design and implement backend features for payment instruction orchestration, smart channel routing (ML/Rules), and high-volume transaction handling, plus improve monitoring, analysis, attribution, and issue triage. The 12-week internship includes hands-on development, collaboration with teams and vendors, and opportunities to apply your software engineering skills in real payment systems.

•Develop high-quality software design and architecture.

•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix and improve products, documenting phases and monitoring systems.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate/Master degree with software development experience in general-purpose languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, or Python.
•Strong backend server development skills and expertise with relational databases.
•Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
•Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
•Preferred: Relevant internship experience with hands-on exposure to the tech stack.
