Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive development and validation of next-generation HBM products, including qualification and characterization to meet reliability standards
  • •Own manufacturing test flow development, validation, test coverage optimization, and test time improvement for high-volume manufacturing
  • •Improve device/stacked die yield by conducting in-depth circuit debug, reliability analysis, and optimizing extrinsic/intrinsic reliability strategies
  • •Provide support for new product design validation using CAD tools and Verilog simulations, including design verification and circuit analysis
  • •Lead team mentorship and complex projects, and serve as an expert spokesperson for technical risk analysis and project prioritization

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills and technical skills, especially problem-solving using root-cause and in-depth circuit analysis
  • •Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools, including scripting
  • •Experience collaborating across teams to address sophisticated engineering and business problems
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills with a people-leadership drive for ongoing learning and development
