Ensure merchandising, operations, staffing, and community engagement standards are followed. Coach, train, and supervise associates to maintain strong customer engagement and compliance with policies and procedures. In the Store Manager’s absence, you take responsibility for the store and help grow talent through networking, recruiting, and interviewing.
