Job Summary

Responsible for analysing AML/KYC data to support oversight, risk monitoring, and management information reporting. Produces MI reports, supports data quality and system usage (including Actimize), and collaborates with AML/KYC and Technology teams to improve reporting, KPIs, and KRIs in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyse data from AML/KYC systems to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies that support operational oversight and risk monitoring.
•Produce regular and ad-hoc management information (MI) reports to support tactical and operational decision-making.
•Support the development and maintenance of a consistent reporting cadence aligned to AML/KYC governance and oversight requirements.
•Interpret data outputs and clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Support data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (college/university degree).
•Experience in AML, KYC, financial crime, or related data/management reporting role.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
•Ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets from multiple sources; data cleaning, validation, reconciliation.
•Attention to detail with the ability to communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
