Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen and grow consumer relationships by connecting with customers via onboarding and outbound calling and generating appointments for prospects.
  • •Manage an assigned book of top customers, use marketing campaigns, advocate for Refer-A-Friend, and use research/tools/techniques for prospecting.
  • •Identify consumer lending opportunities with an emphasis on real estate secured and use BUILD and BUILD 2.0 for account openings.
  • •Protect customer privacy and security by following NSF/OD and fee retention conversations, cash-handling/teller differences, dual control guidelines, and audit guidelines.
  • •Lead personal development and team support through peer-to-peer coaching, role play, seeking feedback, and completing required trainings.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and meeting operational expectations.
  • •Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others; solutions-based sales skills and strong relationship-building ability.
  • •Technologically savvy use of Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS); valid driver’s license and willingness/ability to travel regionally.
