Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage pavement design and maintenance projects through all stages from feasibility/option studies to construction.
  • •Coordinate project meetings and workshops, resolving critical issues in a timely manner and establishing processes to manage delivery.
  • •Act as primary client point of contact and ensure client needs are met across design and construction phases.
  • •Manage contracts under NEC3/4, including early warnings, compensation events, change control, forecasting and budget management.
  • •Maintain project programmes and deliver compliance with CDM 2015, health and safety requirements, client standards, and relevant specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Working experience managing NEC3/4 contracts.
  • •Experience delivering significant projects for clients through design and build.
  • •Experience with highways clients (e.g., National Highways, TfL) is advantageous.

  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint (Oracle Cloud Application and CEMAR are advantageous).
