Job Summary

Own technical sales and developer-focused enablement across India for Docker’s platform and AI security portfolio. You’ll co-sell with channel partners and SIs, run workshops and PoCs/PoVs, and lead deep discovery with enterprise teams across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI. Build community presence across major tech hubs, create technical content, and translate Docker’s governance, container security, and AI capabilities into executive-ready value narratives.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable and co-sell with Docker’s channel partner ecosystem across India, including SIs, IT services companies, VARs, and hyperscaler partner teams.
•Run partner workshops and technical enablement sessions; support partner-led opportunities with architectural depth and PoC support.
•Lead deep technical discovery with enterprise accounts across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI teams, including AI governance, secure build pipelines, and container security posture.
•Design, position, and execute structured PoCs/PoVs with success criteria and executive-ready value summaries; influence buying decisions via demos and architecture reviews.
•Build Docker’s community presence across India’s developer and DevSecOps ecosystem by speaking at events and producing technical content.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Architect, or Developer Advocate in a technical sales or community-facing role.
•Familiarity with AI security, AI governance frameworks, or secure software supply chain practices, with agentic AI workflows as a plus.
•Solid understanding of containers, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application architectures.
•Comfort operating across enterprise customer engagements and developer community contexts.
•Experience with partner/channel selling motions, including co-selling with resellers, SIs, or running partner enablement programs.
