Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute tailored onboarding plans with milestones, timelines, and success metrics from signup to full operational usage.
  • •Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration to match their workflows.
  • •Deliver engaging live training sessions (one-on-one and group) so retail staff can use the POS independently.
  • •Monitor usage data and feature adoption, identify at-risk customers, and provide targeted interventions.
  • •Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM/CS platform and execute smooth handoffs to Account Managers, escalating complex technical issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management (preferably SaaS, retail technology, or POS).

  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills to train diverse audiences.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
