Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Technical Leads of the Swiss production sites and develop them strategically and operationally.
  • •Own occupational safety, equipment availability, maintenance performance, and OPEX, and contribute to CAPEX planning and steering.
  • •Further develop the maintenance and reliability strategy and drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead strategic investment and optimization projects and collaborate closely with production, OT&E, engineering, and national/international expert groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education with further training at HF/FH level or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Several years of leadership and management experience in industrial maintenance.
  • •Solid experience with reliability, asset management, and modern maintenance strategies.
  • •Experience with change management and leading investment and optimization projects.
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership and communication skills, with very good German and English; French is a plus.
