Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity standards.
  • •Assemble low voltage assemblies and perform required production activities including allocation, retrieval, preparation, assembly, electrical testing, and quality inspections.
  • •Use fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair assemblies and apply identification labeling on completed assemblies.
  • •Follow Lean Line, Flex Line, and PowerWave2 assembly operations and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
  • •Comply with safety policies/procedures and WSRA’s, read electrical/mechanical drawings, and flex to other assembly areas as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.11 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of 3 months of experience using hand and air tools.
  • •Eaton will not consider applicants requiring employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
