Sr. Sales Associate

Drive personal sales and productivity goals while delivering Coach-level customer service in-store. Represent the brand as a brand ambassador, modeling sales behaviors taught in company training, including omni-channel and virtual selling. Maintain high energy on the sales floor, support customer experience standards, and contribute to store team performance and culture. Help with customer data acquisition through brand marketing/clienteling sign-ups and engage in social selling, including live stream shopping and short video creation.
